2 x Customer Service Assistant (Lifeguards) – Selby
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer experiences? Our Customer Service Assistant role offers a wide variety of duties from regular pool rotations, supervising and cleaning the pool area, to setting up equipment and delivering a first-class customer service when dealing with queries. Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and a strong customer focus are pre-requisites for this post. You should have a flexible approach to work, positive attitude and a strong commitment to the highest standards of customer care. Our aim is to serve the people of the borough, providing excellent customer care through our staff and facilities.
Salary: £14,579 per annum OR: £14,855 per annum in-line with National Minimum Wage (age 21+) £15,839 per annum in-line with National Living Wage Allowance (age 25+) Hours: 1 x 37 hours per week 1 x 10.39 hours per week
