Come along to my pregnancy yoga classes and I’ll help you practice safely throughout your pregnancy in a way that feels good for your unique pregnant body. There will be lots of variations of breathing exercises and postures so you can practice in a way that works for your experience and stage of pregnancy and class numbers will be limited so I can give you the care and attention you need to feel safe and supported.Pregnancy yoga is a great way to relax, connect to your bump, stay mobile, meet other local pregnant mammas and learn techniques that can help you during labour and birth.

You don’t have to have any previous experience of yoga and you can start from 12 weeks and continue until your due date.
