Tadcaster Harriers is small friendly running club with a thriving running membership with a varied level of ability from seasoned veterans to complete beginners.

They meet for training on Tuesday and Thursday nights at Tadcaster Magnets Sport and Social Club. Groups are led by qualified Running Leaders with the assistance of experienced Tadcaster Harriers members.

Wholehearted Personal Training

‘Hiit Like A Girl padwork classes and running groups with Wholehearted Personal Training. Lindsey is so lovely and a great coach. She does the classes throughout the year and then C25k style running groups a couple of times a year. I’ve tried running many times and it’s never stuck. I did her running group two years ago, and as a result managed to keep running (and doing classes) during pregnancy, and got the guts to do a half marathon the year after. Wouldn’t have been able to without her support.’
