Specially tailored yoga classes to help pregnant women stay healthy, fit and relaxed during their pregnancies. The 75 minute classes combine physical stretches, breathing exercises and guided relaxation techniques, all designed to maintain strength and flexibility, ease pregnancy-related symptoms, promote relaxation and prepare for birth (and beyond!).

The classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant to birth. No prior experience of yoga is needed – beginners are very welcome!
The classes run on Saturday mornings 10.00 – 11.15 at Manor Farm Centre in Tadcaster. The venue has plenty of off-road parking and is just off the A64. The cost of the classes is £45 for 5. Pre-booking is essential, either online at www.bookwhen.com/kateluptonyoga or by emailing email@example.com.
