While we are delighted to see so many back open, some do still have restrictions in place. Please call in advance if you are heading anywhere, just to ensure they are open and to check on any restrictions that might be in place.

Bring Baby Yoga is a session aimed at post-natal parents with the purpose of helping them get into/back into exercise after having their baby, and to feel energised and supported. It also encourages restful sleep, and re-energising pelvic floor and core muscles. (£5.20 per session, or free for leisure centre members).

Come along to my pregnancy yoga classes and I’ll help you practice safely throughout your pregnancy in a way that feels good for your unique pregnant body. There will be lots of variations of breathing exercises and postures so you can practice in a way that works for your experience and stage of pregnancy and class numbers will be limited so I can give you the care and attention you need to feel safe and supported.Pregnancy yoga is a great way to relax, connect to your bump, stay mobile, meet other local pregnant mammas and learn techniques that can help you during labour and birth.

The Kind Yogi, offering both online (yoga from the comfort of your own home!) and in studio Yoga at the stunning Deighton Lodge. With the option of having classes in the purpose built luxury yoga studio, the beautiful converted barn space or the peaceful garden in the summer months, Deighton Lodge has free onsite parking with easy access from the A19 between the villages of Deighton and Crockey Hill.

We went swimming here today and had such a lovely time, the staff were very helpful and friendly, lovely warm pool for our youngest and a bigger pool for our eldest to practice her swimming. Nanny was able to watch us swim through the viewing glass in the cafe. Afterwards we finished off with coffee and snacks which were delicious, a lovely day out.’
