Here at STAG Mumbler, we are always keen to hear your recommendations of great weekly classes and groups. If you have any suggestions, simply drop us an email telling us all about it at firstname.lastname@example.org
Finding the courage to attend a parent and child group (particularly as a new parent) can be really tough. Who will be there? Will anyone chat to me? are all thoughts we know many parents and carers have, this is why we host meet ups. At each event you’ll find the STAG Mumbler Team (in our purple hoodies) so you have the choice to come along and simply enjoy the benefit of 1/2 price play, alternatively, if you fancy a natter and a cuppa while your mini mumbler plays, then you can come and sit with us. We love meeting our mumblers face to face.
If you have any questions about the meet up, or would like to drop us a message to say you’re coming so we can look out for you, please contact us at email@example.com. Booking is not necessary.
We’ll also be using our meet-ups as an opportunity to host a toy exchange. We all know how quickly children seem to grow out of their toys, but it can expensive buying new ones, this is why we have the toy exchange. We’ll come along with our baskets of pre-loved toys and you can bring along yours. Leave yours with us (for someone else to swap) and help yourself to something new to take home. Perhaps you’re a parent who’s struggling financially….no problem at all, simply take a toy, there’s no need to swap it with one of your own. There’s no need to feel guilty, we all have times when things can be tight, perhaps at some point in the future you’ll have the opportunity to donate. Raising children can be expensive, so the more we can help each other , the better.
Each meet up we also have a mini craft session where we bring along our special box of crafts and let our Mini Mumblers get creative with something to take home.
Online catalogue, home parties, birthdays, baby and toddler groups, baby showers, online parties and craft events.

STAG Mumbler went along to review My Baby Can Dance, you can read all about our wonderful experience here
Puddle Ducks are one of the UK’s leading providers of swimming lessons to babies, toddlers and pre-school children. Our Baby & Pre-school programme is a wonderful bonding experience and our classes incorporate rhyme, music and movement, based on extensive child development research. Our lessons are so well received that the children we teach can often swim over 10 metres before they start school. We also have our fabulous Swim Academy lessons for 4-10 year old children, suitable for all abilities.
Our tailor made swimming classes, suitable from birth, instil a love of the water in every child and your little one can jump in’ at any point during the term. As well as teaching babies and children to swim we also teach them some important personal survival skills. Learning to swim is a journey and one that opens doors for your child along the way. From the pleasures of a swimming pool or the sea on a family holiday to learning water sports, the possibilities are endless!
‘His confidence in the water has significantly improved from a timid little boy who wouldn’t so much as look at his teacher, without crying, let alone be the demonstration! The patience and persistence of his teacher has clearly paid off. He absolutely loves his lesson and made me a very proud mummy recently being awarded swimmer of the week! Highly recommended!’
LP, June 18
‘My daughter goes to Swim Academy at Loversall with Liz & Vicky and she absolutely loves it, she is growing in confidence with every lesson. Every week she counts down the days to the next one, she has especially enjoyed the pyjamas week lesson and didn’t want to leave. My son also attends Floaties with Vicky and he is very happy in the water, highly recommend’

‘Have used puddle ducks at Dw Selby since my three year old was 12 weeks old. Great water confidence.’

Relax Kids sessions are designed to develop your child’s emotional intelligence in a fun and engaging way by taking them on adventures that give them lifelong tools to regulate their emotions and manage their feelings, as well as the confidence to try new things and the power of positive thought.
Our classes follow a 7-step programme that allow children to explore different themes through movement and play, yoga inspired stretches, self/peer massage, fun breathing activities, and a blissful visualisation section. Each class is full of fun and relaxation in equal measure.
There are different programmes to suit all ages – Little Stars (ages 2 – 5), Magical Adventure (ages 5 – 9), Chill Skills (ages 9 – 16), and Just Relax (Adults Relaxation Classes). Our community classes are held at The Old Granary, Riccall Grange in a beautiful and nurturing space in small, intimate groups. In addition to this, I offer bespoke one to one sessions that are planned around your child’s interests and needs – these are particularly helpful if you would like to work on specific issues (e.g. a period of transition such as separation, loss of a loved one, change of school etc).

Tinytalk Baby Signing classes are fun and beneficial classes for you and your baby. I teach British Sign Language signs in a baby friendly and interactive way using nursery rhymes and songs. Help develop communication skills with your baby before they have the muscle strength to speak using words. Basic signs will allow babies to communicate their wants, needs, and interests to you. Plus classes include 30 minutes social time
with toys for the babies and a free drink and biscuit for adults. This
time is vital as it allows babies to socialise together and encourages
friendships within the classes. It is an opportunity to meet other local
parents and carers and to ask me for tips and advice on signing with
