Free Yoga (Yoga for Sports)

Yoga for sports, works with the fascia and connective tissues to lengthen muscles, help improve range of motion and reduce the risk of injury. Mentally, yoga for sport is meditative and good for focus and mental wellbeing. This class is free and must be booked in advance to guarantee a place. Rivermills Ballroom.
