While we are doing everything we can to keep you updated, it is extremely hard for us to stay on top of everything, or update every single listing on our site. ‘Yoga for New Mums’ – Where you can bring your baby too! For Mums between 6 weeks and 6 months post delivery. Re-strengthen your core, ease shoulder, neck and back pain from caring for a baby and have a chance to (try!) and relax.

11:45am – 12:30pm (Second Yoga for New Mums Class- book by messenger or email
6:30pm – 7:15pm (Light/gentle yoga)

Monthly/alternate monthly Saturdays – Extended relaxation class 9:30am – 11am (No yoga experience needed. Ask for pricing details). Spaces are limited and classes are popular, booking essential. Classes are either £7 or £8.59 PAYG OR four classes for £30* OR Unlimited monthly yoga for £55.

Sweaty mama is an upbeat session choreographed to music which focuses on the key areas to help a mama gradually rebuild her fitness as well as restrengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles and realigning posture.
