Pool: Our swimming facilities are quite unique consisting of a 25 metre family leisure pool including built in toddler pool, water flume and Jacuzzi. Offering a great swimming programme including Swimming Lessons, Fun sessions, pool parties, Lane Swimming, Aqua classes and much more, there is something for everyone.
Gym: Our great 70 station Tone Zone gym boasts a mix of weights, strengthening and cardio vascular training machines, and a 
TRX station.
Health Plus Programme: Available to all our members, you will be offered three appointments with a fitness health professional to create your own individual workout plan, which includes a state of the art Boditrax scan.
Classes: With over 50 instructor led and 20 Virtual Classes – Goole offers a fantastic range of traditional classes including Aqua Fit, Circuit Training, Yoga and Aerobics in addition to world – leading LES MILLS range including both instructor led and virtual classes BODYCOMBAT, CX WORX, GRIT and BARRE.
